RETURN POLICY

We hope you are pleased with your Art purchase but we are aware

that things can change.

Gause Fine Art will accept returns under certain conditions:

1.  If it is returned within two weeks from date of purchase.
2.  If it is in sellable condition.
3.>  If it was a mistake made on our part.
4.  If you do not like the product you ordered, you will be refunded the merchandise total but not the shipping and you will be responsible for the shipping to return the item(s) back to us.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY
Gause Fine Art will accept responsibility for damaged product if there was damage done while shipping--- if certain conditions are followed:

1.  Do NOT throw away the original box and contents.
2.    Contact Gause Fine Art as soon as the merchandise arrives. PLEASE open the box to make sure it was not damaged and let us know if it is. No merchandise will be accepted for return after a 2 week period. Shipment Damage Contact
3.   Return damaged print in original damaged box or tube, we will refund your shipping costs.

4.  If available we will ship you another item to replace the damaged one as soon as all paperwork is in order.  If no replacement is available your money will be refunded.
